Hey Andy,

Thanks again for getting Echolink on the club repeater. My was the audio great. It sounded like you, John, and Chuck were right in the room with me.

I was looking at the W4VA test website. It is very nice.
Check out my website for info about my family.

Have a great week coming up. I hope you don't get too much of our rain that we are having back here in Iowa.

Great article. Appreciate the detail and the pictures. The panoramas of rover sites also a nice feature. Thanks for putting it all together.

Really enjoyed navigating through the site and seeing what these hardcore rovers have put together among the other information. Thanks for taking the time to put the images and information together for others to enjoy.

Wow andy I am very impressed with John's rover. Personally I am just working on a stable 10G setup and that in itself is difficult, its almost unfathomable to maintain a rover with so many different bands. Cant wait to get out of college so i can have some real money to throw at the uWs.

HI Andy;

First of all, you and John did a super job in the Sept Contest and thanks for the 31 Q's with N3NGE - appreciate all the Q's AND mults!!! We looked for you guys even more than usual this contest and it worked for the most part.

Great write up on your experience roving with John. I downloaded the software and looked at all the pics including the ones that were panoramic - LOVED the one of Camelback.

Speaking of Camelback, totally understand why you didn't want to leave after operating from there Sunday AM. The 10 band run with you with N3NGE was a snap. Now you know why the Packrats just love operating from up there in the June contest. This past June John and Xtof visited us on the mountain and ran the bands with us from the parking lot. If you rove again with John and it is a June contest, you will have to convince him to drive up there again.

The signals from up there are just amazing. You were only there a few hours. Operating from there an entire weekend is amazing!!!

Take care and keep in touch. N3NGE will be going full bore in the Jan 2010 contest so please look for us from wherever you are operating.
